Melisa Dincer is an illustrator, designer, and sculptor born in New York and raised in Istanbul. A Parsons School of Design graduate, she works across illustration, animation, print, textiles and sculpture, blending storytelling with craftsmanship. Her practice began with sketchbook illustrations and painting, drawing inspiration from Istanbul’s layered history and culture, before expanding into wooden sculpture as a way to turn ideas into lasting, tangible forms.
Melisa has collaborated with brands like Rachel Antonoff, Findlay Galleries, and Stoli Group, creating work showcased at New York Fashion Week and galleries internationally. Whether designing prints or carving wood, her process is rooted in curiosity, playfulness, and the belief that every piece should tell a story.
